Dehradun: The Pushkar Dhami Cabinet has cleared the path for the Uniform Civil Code on 4th Feb 2024
The Draft of UCC will be presented in the Assembly on 6th and there is a full possibility that the same will be passed with a majority and will turn out to be the First UCC in India.
Uttarakhand will be the first state to implement the Uniform Civil Code in Bharat.
