India has defeated Sri Lanka by 41 runs. With this, Team India has made it to the finals of Asia Cup 2023. Batting first, India scored 213 runs in 49.1 overs. In response, the Sri Lankan team was reduced to 172 runs in 41.3 overs. Captain Rohit Sharma scored the maximum 53 runs for India. Rahul contributed 39 runs and Kishan contributed 33 runs For Sri Lanka, Dunith Velalage took five wickets and Charith Asalanka took four wickets. Dunith Velalage scored the highest 42* runs in the Sri Lankan innings. Dhananjay de Silva contributed 41 runs Kuldeep Yadav took four wickets for India Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja took two wickets each.
